I've had good luck with some of the Suit Supply pant fitsonly need to have the waist taken in a bit and the legs hemmed. Some of their pants also come with side adjusters, which are a godsend. Ermengildo Zegna also makes a great stretch chino, I'm a waist and order a ass which fits perfect in thighs and seat.
Incotex makes a great pant, just avoid the extra slim fits and you should be fine.
