The seller has an option to not sell unless he receives a bid he wants. We suggest you simply ignore these domains. In the Simple or Advanced search screen, you can disable this from the "Listing Types" widget.
These can be directly purchased by paying the Buy Now price or can be bid upon. If you buy it before it drops, then it retains its age.
Please note that age itself will not give you a lot of benefits. You will need to pay this if you want to buy or sell Premium domains on its auctions. You can also see a traffic number, however you should take this with a grain of salt. Many people buy expired domains for traffic. I just randomly checked a domain from the above screenshot, sewsol.

Besides buying on Go Daddy Auctions, you can also sell your own domains with these four categories or buy its premium domains for sale. In exchange for allowing sellers to list their domains, they charge a percentage of the sale price once the domain is sold. When someone posts a listing, its has a duration of three months, unless they chose the 7 day auction option.
Once the domain is beyond its fifth day, it enters what GoDaddy refers to as a parked state. It stays in your name and in the GoDaddy network, but your content will no longer be available. After day 25, the domain enters GoDaddy's domain auction market.

On day 26, an expired domain is added to one of GoDaddy's expired domain auctions. Anyone can bid on the domain, and if you're looking to reclaim it you'll have to compete with other buyers interested in claiming it. The auction process runs for 10 days; if no bidders or back-orders have come in for the domain at day 36, it moves into a five-day closeout auction.
